Heather Hollaender Miller founded Honeycomb Communications in 2016. As an award-winning expert in both content marketing and public relations, Heather is devoted to finding and telling your story.

Heather started her career at Macromedia and Adobe in corporate communications, developing long-standing media relationships and executing PR strategies for successful product launches and press tours that amassed thousands of articles and reviews. She also became the sole communications writer for the company.

She continued her career at Red Hat as a communications writer and analyst relations manager. Following this, she embarked on a successful consulting career, managing speaking programs and writing for a variety of organizations from startups to Fortune 500 companies.

At PARC, a Xerox company, Heather served as a senior content marketing manager where she led a redesign of the blog, developed marketing materials across scientific disciplines, and created an inclusive and collaborative atmosphere for content contributions.

Heather was the senior editor and content marketing manager for Line//Shape//Space (now Redshift) at Autodesk. Her instrumental editorial work and strategy to transform it from a small business blog to a high-profile brand publication garnered many industry awards, including Digiday Best Brand Newsroom (2015), Content Marketing Project of the Year finalist (2015), and multiple Content Marketing Institute awards and finalists across categories (2015-2016). She also kickstarted and managed the first thought-leadership program for the site, both ideating and ghostwriting for senior executives and thought leaders throughout the company.

Currently, Heather works across industries to help shape and tell customer and executive thought-leadership stories with the most impact. 2023 marks the seventh anniversary of Honeycomb Communications with longtime clients Autodesk and Salesforce.

Heather enjoys reading, cooking (or trying her best at it), and spending time with her family and dogs in San Francisco.
